Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This notice explains VallaPOS's practices regarding the "sale" and "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar US state privacy laws.

We do not sell or share your personal information

VallaPOS does not sell your personal information for money or other valuable consideration, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as the terms "sell" and "share" are defined under the CCPA/CPRA and comparable US state laws. We do not disclose your information to third parties so they can advertise to you across other sites and services, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.

The vendors we use — such as Stripe for payment processing, our United States hosting provider for VallaPOS Cloud, and our email delivery provider — act as service providers or processors on our behalf. They may only use the personal information we entrust to them to perform services for VallaPOS, not for their own marketing. That is not a "sale" or "share."

There is nothing to opt out of — but you can still submit a request

Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no opt-out for you to complete. We still welcome your request if you would like written confirmation of our practices or wish to exercise any of your other rights described below.

Your rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

• Know / access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you and how we use it.
• Delete — request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions such as records we must keep for tax and accounting.
• Correct — request that we fix inaccurate personal information about you.
• Opt out of sale or sharing — which does not apply here because we do not sell or share, but the right is yours nonetheless.
• Non-discrimination — we will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a lesser level of service because you exercised any of these rights.

Note that the VallaPOS Offline desktop edition stores your data locally on your own device and sends nothing to us, so for that edition there is generally no personal information for us to disclose, correct, or delete.

How to submit a request

Email legal@vallahub.com and tell us which right you want to exercise, including enough information for us to locate your account. To protect your data, we may need to verify your identity before we act, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where the law allows, subject to verification.
